AVAILABLE APPLICATIONS

Pre-emergent Herbicide: This is applied as a granular application with fertilizer. It will prevent more than 40 annual weeds from germinating.

Spring Broadleaf Spray: This is a liquid application which eliminates all broadleaf weeds growing at the time of the application.

Spring Fertilizer: This is a granular application to aid in early season green up and growth of the turf grass.

Grub Control: This is applied as a granular application with fertilizer. It will eliminate grubs that can destroy your lawn during the late summer and fall months.

Nutsedge Spray: This is a liquid application which will eliminate nutsedge and some other broadleaf weeds growing at the time of application.

Summer Fertilizer: This is a granular application to feed your lawn for the rest of the summer season.

Fall Broadleaf Spray: This is a liquid application which will eliminate all broadleaf weeds growing at the time of application. Fall is the best time to eliminate perennial broadleaf weeds, such as clover and ground ivy, as they are storing nutrients in their root systems for the winter and are more susceptible to herbicides.

Fall Fertilizer: This is a granular application which strengthens the root system of the grass and gives your lawn nutrients to store up for the winter months.

Lime/Calcium: This is a granular application which may be applied any time of the year. Lime/Calcium neutralizes the acid in the soil and allows the grass to absorb and use the nutrients more easily.

Tick and Insect Control: This is a liquid application of Cedar Oil or insecticide which will control ticks, mosquitoes, fleas, ants, and other nuisance insects. Repeat applications may be done as needed.

Aeration: Core aeration is recommended to reduce soil compaction and allow room for fertilizer and seed to reach the root area of the lawn to produce a healthy and dense turf.

Aeration/Over seeding: 150 pounds of seed per acre are broadcasted on the lawn after aeration.

THE APPLICATIONS LISTED IN RED WOULD BE THE TYPICAL APPLICATIONS IN A FOUR STEP PROGRAM. ADDING ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS CAN GREATLY ENHANCE THE QUALITY, HEALTH, AND APPEARANCE OF YOUR LAWN.
